Hyderabad has emerged as a model city in India, outpacing major urban centers in growth and development over the last decade, according to a recent Knight Frank India report.

Under the leadership of the BRS government, headed by K. Chandrashekar Rao and K.T. Rama Rao, the city has seen remarkable progress across various sectors, including real estate, socio-economic growth, and infrastructure development.

Hyderabad’s real estate market has been the best performer among six major cities, with a 10% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) in residential launches (2013-2023). Residential property prices also saw an 11% increase in 2023, reflecting high demand and investor confidence.
